Browning Real Estate Partners (formerly Browning Investments) has chosen Patrium as one of the contractors for the Tenant Buildout for the Aequitas Professional Building in Indianapolis!
Adjacent to the new $575M Marion County Community Justice Campus (“CJC”), the Aequitas project is a 134,600 SF office building fully leased by the City of Indianapolis.

Update 2023: Aequitas is coming along great. The tenant build out for the Probations portion is close to done. Public Defender should follow halfway through this year.
