Milhaus has chosen Patrium as one of the contractors for the Lavina at Riverwest development in Noblesville!
According to Studio M, one of the architecture firms behind the development, “Lavina at Riverwest will be a mixed-use community which will offer a walkable, amenity-rich setting among significant residential and retail development.” Within the 46+/- acre development, Patrium will contribute to the multifamily section, which boasts 324 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartment homes.
