This successful transformation has seen nearly 50 former military buildings converted into diverse residential, commercial, and office uses, preserving its “early 20th-century charm” while integrating modern amenities.
Today, Fort Ben is a vibrant “live-work-play” community. It offers unparalleled access to outdoor recreation at Fort Harrison State Park, with extensive walking and biking trails and dog parks.
