Browning Investments has chosen Patrium as one of the contractors for the Innovation Hub in the 16 Tech Innovation District in downtown Indianapolis!
Having worked on Innovation Building One (see here and here), Patrium is proud to be a part of the re-imagining of the old Citizen’s Water headquarters into a 100,000-plus square foot Innovation Hub in the 16 Tech Innovation District. It will be the heartbeat of the 50-acre district by facilitating collaboration through a flexible office and incubator space, a makerspace, and an artisan marketplace.
According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Hub “will provide the amenities that organizers say should draw established companies, startups and big thinkers to the campus, sparking a powerful economic engine of collaboration and innovation” (IBJ, March 6, 2020).
We are excited to continue working on the massive innovation district that will accelerate the technological renaissance in downtown Indianapolis. Located within the Indiana Avenue Cultural District near downtown Indianapolis, the 16 Tech Innovation Hub will open in early 2021.
