At the beginning of the year, Patrium was selected as a contractor for the 16 Tech Innovation District in downtown Indianapolis. To mark a key milestone in the construction of the building, the Browning-Davis construction team held a topping out ceremony this past July.
For the ceremony, the Browning-Davis team placed the final two steel beams, signed by community members, atop of the Innovation 1 Building. The tree on the steel beam brings life to the building and the flags celebrate the pride and hard work of the construction team. Topping out ceremonies are long-held traditions that bring good luck to the future occupants of the building.
