Hayes Gibson Property Services has again worked with Patrium to tackle several dozen unit remodels as part of the transition to new management at the Villages at Mill Crossing. We worked an aggressive schedule to update mechanicals and finishes, including flooring, drywall, and painting.
The Villages at Mill Crossing are located less than ten minutes east of the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
