The Annex Group has chosen Patrium as one of the prime contractors in the Union at 16th Multifamily Apartments, a new $29 million project in downtown Indianapolis.
Located on White River near downtown, the Union at 16th project will develop the approximately six-acre site into a 159-unit apartment complex. The project includes five buildings, varying from two to four stories.
